Anyways, I REALLY want to learn how to make screen-cap and movie-frame sorta art- Cause' I want to try my best on Sonic X style (cel-shading n' stuff.)
Is there any tutorial for that on either GIMP or Paint Tool SAI? Please and thanks. ^^
